 As the sun rises over the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas, it illuminates the remarkable journey of a woman who has dedicated her life to real estate and community service. This is my story – the story of Joyale Billard, a licensed real estate sales agent with a passion for giving back. Born and raised in the heart of Dallas, I had the privilege of attending South Oak Cliff High School, where I forged lifelong friendships and laid the foundation for my future endeavors. From a young age, I understood the power of hard work, determination, and the importance of serving my community. My journey into the world of real estate began over a decade ago when I embarked on this dynamic career path. With 11 years of experience in the real estate business, I have navigated the ever-changing market, helping clients find their dream homes and secure their financial futures. This profession has not only been a source of livelihood but a platform to build relationships and make lasting connections with those I serve. However, life has a way of molding us through triumphs and trials. In 2019, my world shattered when I lost my beloved son to the devastating consequences of gun violence. This unimaginable loss filled me with grief, but it also ignited a burning desire to continue his legacy of compassion and community service. In honor of my son, I founded "Nutrition With Love," an organization that addresses food insecurity among students, ensuring that no child goes hungry. My son's passion for giving back has now become my mission, and I strive to create a brighter future for every child, one nutritious meal at a time. As a mother of four – Randesha, Damorian, Jayce, neice Jasmine who I started caring for when my sister passed in 1997, and the memory of my late son, Deroyal Talley Jr,  I am driven to create a world of opportunity for them and for the countless children who benefit from Nutrition With Love. My children are my inspiration, my strength, and my motivation to make a positive impact in the lives of others. In 2022, I extended my journey by opening another business, "DEROYAL CUSTOM HOMES LLC," a tribute to my son and a continuation of his legacy. Through this venture, I strive to create beautiful homes and lasting memories for families, just as he would have wished. Nutrition With Love is not merely a cause, but a testament to the shared values between a mother and her son. Together, we're nurturing a sense of belonging, providing nourishment, and instilling hope for a brighter future. My son's memory lives on through every meal served, every smile uplifted, and every heart touched by our mission. As the pages of my life continue to turn, I remain dedicated to my real estate career, community service, and the legacy I'm shaping through Nutrition With Love and DEROYAL CUSTOM HOMES LLC. The challenges and triumphs, the joys and sorrows – they have all contributed to the woman I am today, committed to making a difference in Dallas and beyond.
